Sleep Buddy - a website to help with your child's sleep issues.

If your child is aged 6-12 and has sleep problems and a diagnosis of ADHD, you can sign up to take part.

We will soon be looking for parents and carers to take part in our trial of ‘Sleep Buddy’ – a website designed to help with your child’s sleep issues.

As soon as the trial is open, we will update this page with details of how to sign up. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please email us at sleepbuddy@soton.ac.uk
